Before you book you accommodation you will most likely read a few reviews. These reviews can provide you with peace of mind that you will be satisfied or they will make you run a mile in another direction.. The problem is that many reviews are often misleading and sometimes just out and out false. A business could be praised beyond belief because the review has been paid for. Alternatively they could go in the opposite end of the spectrum and provide harsh untrue criticism. This could be genuine, but it could also be from a disgruntled client or a even from a competitor.
Our reviews are from guests who have genuinely stayed in the property on a previous occasion. Only verified guests are allowed to make a review about our properties and all reviews – good or bad, positive or negative – have been answered by the respective owners or managers.
We do not promote reviews or businesses as we believe that any property on our network should be able to hold their own.
